As a strategic Experience Design Lead, I plan and implement complex programs of UX, CX, EX and Service Design work.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I've worked client-side with Telstra, Australia Post, Medibank and Origin. I’ve worked at agencies We Are Digital and Paper Giant, and
as a Director at Deloitte Digital.

I’ve built and led teams, created strategies and designed playbooks that integrate human-centred design thinking (HCD) into organisations. And along the way,  I’ve enjoyed mentoring and coaching others.

With a history in graphic design, interior architecture and copywriting, I ran my own design studio for over a decade and lectured in design at RMIT.
